Our team was challenged with transforming an historic building into a modern, luxurious care home while preserving its original character and charm. Kilworth Interiors, in collaboration with Three Nine Designs, delivered a comprehensive interior fit-out solution that seamlessly blended historical elegance with contemporary comfort.

Luxurious Setting

This listed building has been beautifully transformed from a grand home into a luxurious 37-bed care residence, seamlessly blending its historic charm with contemporary design. Original features have been thoughtfully preserved and enhanced, creating a unique and sophisticated environment. Residents can enjoy an array of exceptional spaces, including a fine dining room, a luxurious tea room overlooking the gardens, a cosy lounge with original panelling and a bar that is perfect for entertaining.

Rich in history, the building holds a fascinating past, with significant events such as World War documents being signed in the newly installed family room. Outside, expansive, secure grounds offer residents the freedom to explore, whether strolling around the fountain or spending time with grandchildren at the on-site play park.

Rehabilitation Redefined

In addition to the main residence, a brand-new ancillary building has been constructed to provide state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities. Set within the grounds of Upper Court, Esher care home, this brand-new building offers an exceptional space for rehabilitation, thoughtfully designed to support recovery and well-being. Featuring state-of-the-art facilities, including a therapy pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, and yoga rooms, it provides a tranquil yet dynamic environment for residents.

The expansive grounds are equipped with outdoor fitness stations, seamlessly blending wellness with the beauty of nature.
