Luxury Care Home

A wonderfully, subtle coastal vibe throughout this South Coast gem. The latest development in a collection of new Luxury Care Homes, Portsdown View offers, quality and exclusive comfort for the Hampshire area. Working closely with our design partner ‘Three Nine Designs’, the Kilworth team helped to produce this stunning home, from concept and design inception through to the fit out and install.

Coastal Location

This 71 bed Care Home has been themed to suit its coastal location, with a subtle mix of bright, elegant, and stylish fabrics across all areas of the development. Quality British made furniture is installed throughout, with much attention given to not just appearance, but comfort, quality and functionality.

Spacious, Calm & Comfortable

On entering the home through the Reception Bistro Bar, you would be forgiven for thinking you’d walked into a luxury Hotel with its bespoke joinery, multiple, relaxed seating areas and an impressive bar and bistro area. Offering spacious well-equipped bedrooms, residents have calm and comfortable private spaces, but with access to numerous communal spaces such as Lounges, Dining, Hair and Therapy Rooms and a Cinema to give the opportunity to spend time around the home and socialise with others.

Complete Service from Start to Finish

It has been a pleasure to work closely with the Client, Designers and Manufactures on this project from the beginning, involving colour, product style and various design choices. Our fit-out team as always fully delivered effectively and on time, placing all items and laying out in conjunction with the design teams requirements to give a complete service from start to finish. We wish everyone at The Chase comfort and happiness for the years ahead.
