We worked closely at every stage

As is common when producing new Care Homes, we worked closely at every stage with our client, we helped create a fantastic new, luxury Care Home, in South Leicester. The development for the client was challenging from the outset, with the new structure having to mirror the external façade of the previously demolished building on the site. This threw up many challenges internally, with rooms being all different shapes and sizes.

Adapt the needs to the various challenges

Assisting throughout with the Interior Design and Product selections, we were able to manufacture and supply the full FF&E requirements and adapt the needs to the various challenges that the building presented.

We created bespoke fabrics designs

As with other projects for this client we used a combination of UK based fabric suppliers and manufactures, we created bespoke fabrics designs and supplied selected products made from recyclable materials.

Offers everything that would be expected

From a mixture of various sized and exceptionally well furnished bedrooms, comfortable lounge spaces and smart functional dining areas, the home offers everything that would be expected when looking for a luxury environment for the care of our elderly. In addition with a Cinema, Private Dining Room, Spa / Therapy Room and Hair Salon, the home offers those extra touches to ensure that a resident can have all their needs met.
